This also applies to versions derived from it, such as \u00abtier-one colleges\u00bb or \u00abUAS colleges\u00bb. On the other hand, terms such as \u00abhigher education institute\u00bb, \u00abbusiness school\u00bb or similar are not protected by federal law.
