You will find the form for the application for institutional accreditation on the website of the <a href=\"https:\/\/akkreditierungsrat.ch\/en\/accreditation\/#hochschulen-dokumente\">Accreditation Council<\/a> as well as a template for a documentation of the evidence of how your higher education institution fulfils the admission criteria (according to Article 4 paragraph 1 of the \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fedlex.admin.ch\/eli\/cc\/2015\/362\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HEdA Accreditation Ordinance<\/a>).
